ATI was the first to introduce Chinese owned and operated seismic acquisition and land drilling companies in the U.S and Mexican Markets. ATI was also the first company to sell complete drilling rigs in Brazil and Mexico.
ATI and Honghua reaffirm long term cooperation for both Brazil and Mexican markets. On August 10th, 2010 Andrews Techgnologies, Inc. (ATI) visited Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. (HH) Corporate headquarters in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. At a lengthy meeting between Robert P, Andrews President and CEO of ATI and Mr. Zhang Mi President and Chairman of Honghua Group and others discussed the future prospects of both The Brazilian and Mexican Markets. Both parties reaffirmed the continuation of joint cooperation in these areas and discussed future plans of joint collaboration. ATI has been HH’s exclusive representative in these areas since September of 2007.

QGOG Signs Contract with ATI for the acquisition of three (3) Heli-transportable Land Rigs for the Amazons in Brazil Andrews Technologies, Inc. on July 29th, 2010 signed, in Rio de Janeiro, a final contract with Queiroz Galvão Óleo e Gás (QGOG) for the design, manufacture, shipment, training, commissioning and start up on site (Rig-up and spud) of three 1500HP VFD, land drilling rigs to operate in the Urucu Filed, Amazonas State in Brazil. The Rigs are to be manufactured in Guanghan, Sichuan, China by Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. (Honghua). The design of this new class of rig incorporates both QGOG’s and Honghuas’s experience of more than two years experience of successful operations of land drilling rigs delivered by ATI/Honghua back in early 2008 to the Amazons. This new class of rigs are designed to be easily disassembled in to manageable loads of 2,500 Kilos for safe and efficient transportation by helicopter.

ATI Is Awarded a Technical Assistance Contract by PEMEX Andrews Technologies, Inc (ATI), in association with Platter River Associates, Inc (PRA), is awarded by PEMEX Exploración y Producción (PEP) in March 2010 a two-year contract for a total amount of 1.5 million US Dollars. The purpose of the contract is to provide the technical assistance to PEP for Basin Modeling and Interpretation & Mapping using the specialized software CERCCAD and SIMAREP.
